Over the years, I have mastered every aspect of real estate practice including property management, property sales, property marketing, business management and accounting.

Michael Monikowski, graduated from architecture at Silesian Technical University in Gliwice/Poland in 1987 and worked in the architectural profession for 10 years onwards in Poland and Australia (and as a student also in Switzerland). He has been in the Real Estate industry since October 1998, first with Elders Real Estate and then with Propertynet International in Applecross, which later opened this office and became known as Propertynet Real Estate in Atwell.
